The Registered Trustees of Nordic Foundation Tanzania is a Non-Profit making and Non-Governmental Organization (NGOs) with certificate of incorporation number 5740 registered under Trustees Incorporation Act (Cap 318 R.E 2002). Originally, the organization was registered as NGOs under Company limited by Guarantees with certificate of Incorporation number 105 100 since 10^th January 2014.  After statutory change and requirement when the parliament passed New Finance Act 2019 forced all the NGOs registered under Brela to move and comply with new law and re-register again with Rita or Ministry of Home Affairs.
